摘　　要： 目的:探讨合理情绪疗法对护士压力应对方式和心理健康状况的影响。方法:选择我院2015年3月~2017年3月精神科护士86例作为研究对象,并随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组护士给予一般心理支持干预;观察组在一般心理支持干预的基础上加以合理情绪疗法训练。3个月后,采用症状自评量表、应对方式量表评价两组护士干预前后心理健康状态及应对方式评分。结果:观察组干预后的躯体化、焦虑、敌对、抑郁及人际关系5项评分和总分较干预前明显降低(P<0.05),且低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组干预前后无明显变化(P>0.05)。观察组干预后的解决问题、自责、求助、幻想、退避、合理化评分与干预前比较均明显提高(P<0.05),与对照组干预后比较亦有明显差异(P<0.05),对照组干预前后各项应对方式评分无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:合理情绪疗法训练在精神科护士中的应用,可改善护士焦虑、抑郁等状况,有利于改变其不合理情绪,强化新的、合理的信念,确保护士的心理健康,值得在临床中推广应用。 Objective： To discuss the influence of reasonable emotional therapy on pressure handling method and psychological condition of nurses. Methods：Selected 86 nurses in psychiatry department of our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017,and they were equally divided into control group and observation group,where nurses in the control group were given ordinary psychological support intervention,while those in the observation group received reasonable emotional therapy training on the basis of psychological support intervention. After 3 months,symptom self-rating scale and handling method scaling were used to evaluate the psychological health condition and handling method scores of nurses in the two groups. Results： After intervention,the scores of somatization,anxiety,hostility,depression and interpersonal relationship and total scores of nurses in the observation group decreased significantly compared with those before intervention（ P〈0. 05）,and the scores were lower than those of nurses in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; there was no significant change in the control group before and after intervention（ P〉0. 05）. After intervention,the scores of problem solving,self-accusation,help seeking,fantasy,avoiding and reasonableness of nurses in the observation group increased significantly compared with those before intervention（ P〈0. 05）,and through comparison with the control group after intervention,it was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,and there was no significant change in the handling methods of nurses in the control group before and after intervention（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of reasonable emotional therapy training in nurses of psychiatry department could improve the nurses＇ anxiety and depression condition,was beneficial for them to change the unreasonable emption and strength the new and reasonable faith,could ensure the nurses＇ psychological health and was worth promoting clinically.
