摘　　要： 文章分析了19世纪50年代全面学习苏联的历史背景下,交通大学参照苏联高等教育模式,分别从组建教学组织、制定教学计划、改革教学环节、开展科学研究等方面进行的全面教学改革。这一教学改革为国家培养了大量急需的专业技术人才,推动了国家工业化和社会主义建设。但是,高度集中统一的教育管理体制,一定程度上抑制了教师的积极性、主动性,而且培养目标过高,专业过细,也不利于学生的全面发展。 This paper analyzes the background of the comprehensive study of the Soviet Union in 1950s, ac- cording to the Soviet higher education mode, Shanghai Jiao Tong University conducted teaching reforms from the formation of teaching organization, development of teaching plan, reform of teaching, scientific researches and other aspects. This teaching reform had trained a large number of professional and technical personnel, and promoted the national industrialization and the construction of socialism. However, the highly centralized education management system, to some extent, hindered the teachers＇ enthusiasm and initiative, and profes- sional training target was too high and too small, which was not conducive to the development of all students.
