摘 要: 教育公平是教育领域的中心议题,公平困境的出现在某种程度上是由制度因素所导致的。教育制度的形成与发展有其独特的历史环境和社会背景,伴随着这一前提性条件的渐变,已有制度的生成方式并不能适应现阶段深化教育改革的要求。因此,需要在基础教育领域构建一种公平的教育制度场域,逐渐改变现有教育制度的生成方式,拓展基础教育共识的制约边界,从而减少制度实施过程中所产生的负向功能的影响,进一步突破基础教育公平困境。 Educational equity is the central issue in the field of education, and the emergence ot mese issues is largely caused by institutional factors. The formation and development of educational system is based on its unique historical environment and social background. However, with the gradual change of background, the existing system cannot adapt to the present reform requirements any more. Therefore, we need to build a fair education system field in the field of basic education, in order to change the existing formation of educational system and expand the restrictive boundary of basic education consensus gradually. As a result, we can reduce the negative effect of functions arising in the implementation process of the system and break the equity dilem- ma in the field of basic education.
