摘　　要： 类型化方法是现代人文与社会科学研究的基本方法论范式。在刑法中引入类型化方法,有利于克服概念式研究的弊端,达到明确区分此罪与彼罪、充分理解个罪内涵的目的。而变动不居的社会生活造成的大量边缘性案例的出现,也使得传统的思维方式更加显得捉襟见肘,在刑法中引入类型化的方法,有利于在掌握法律规范通常意义的情况下,结合具体情况以及实践经验对案件作出准确的认定。 In the criminal laws,typology is necessary.There still exist a large number of blank facts and simple facts in the criminal codes,which are hard to make a clear distinction between different crimes and to fully understand the concept connotation of each crime by means of concept only,besides,massive marginal cases caused by the changing society have brought the traditional thinking too many problems to deal with.Typological method with visualization can not onlyovercome the enclosure of concept but can be more practical.The introduction of typological method to criminal law teaching,in the case of grasping the general meaning of legal norms,is helpful in accurate recognizing the case facts.
