摘　　要： 本文从高校思想政治理论课与学生工作深度融合的理论基础和实践意义、现存问题、应对策略三维视角出发,指出高校思想政治理论课与学生工作是高校育人的"同一目标,两个渠道"、"同一过程,两个阶段"和"同一整体,两个子系统",对实践具有重要的现实意义。当前,高校思想政治理论课与学生工作的融合,在高校思想政治理论课、学生工作、大学领导认识、教育行政管理部门等方面还存在一些误区,亟待形成思想共识、改革管理体制和探索实践机制。 This paper points out that the theoretical basis, practice meaning, existing problems and coping strategies of ideological and political theory course and student work. The author points out that the ideological and political theory course and the student work are ＂the same goal and two channels the same process, two stages ＂and＂ the same whole, two subsystems＂ for educating, which has important practical significance for practice. At present, the integration of ideological and political theory courses and student work in colleges and universities, which has some misunderstandings in the aspects of ideological and political theory courses, student work, university leaders＇understanding and educational administration departments, it is urgent to form ideological consensus, reform management system and explore practical mechanism.
