摘　　要： 本文以北京大学第六医院多学科团队工作机制为例,阐述了社工在团队中的独特作用,并指出社工在多学科团队中能够获得成功发展的原因。 In this paper, we took the multidisciplinary team in the sixth hospital of Peking university as an example to discuss the unique role of social workers in the team. We further pointed out several reasons for the successful development of social workers in the multidisciplinary team.
