摘　　要： 目的分析新生儿科护士同情心负荷与新生儿护理质量相关性。方法选取本院新生儿科2015年12月至2016年11月103名在职在岗护士作为研究对象,采用专业生活品质量表调查其同情心负荷;采用改进新生儿护理质量评价指标对调查期间所负责3821新生儿护理质量进行评估。对两者间评估结果进行相关性分析。结果新生儿护士同情心负荷显示:二次创伤22.84±4.04分、倦怠22.72±3.62分和同情心满足32.46±5.15分;新生儿护理质量显示:要素质量31.22±2.24分、环节质量26.17±2.58分、终末质量31.41±2.38分。护士同情心负荷二次创伤和倦怠维度与护理质量各评分呈负相关性(P<0.05),同情心满足与质量各评分呈正相关性(P<0.05)。护士年龄、职称、学历、工作年限均进入同情心负荷多因素logistic回归方程(P<0.05)。结论护士同情心负荷可显著影响儿科新生儿护理质量。二次创伤、倦怠与护理质量呈负相关,而同情心满足与护理质量呈正相关。 Objective To analyze the relationship between the compassion fatigue and the quality of neonatal care. Methods 103 on-the-job nurses were seleced as the research object in department of pdiatrics of our hospital from December 2015 -November 2016, and measured by Stamm design professional quality of life scale（professional quality of life, Pro QOL） Chinese version to investigate the load of sympathy. To evaluate the quality of neonatal care of 103 children in December 2015-November 2016 in the year of in China by improving the quality evaluation index of neonatal nursing. Person correlation analysis using two evaluation results, two times of trauma, burnout and compassion satisfaction score as a variable, the nurses age, title, education, working life values as independent variables into a multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results Pediatric nurses showed two times of trauma（22.84±4.04）, fatigue（22.72±3.62） and sympathetic satisfaction（32.46±5.15）. The quality factor of neonatal nursing quality showed（31.22±2.24）, link quality（26.17±2.58）, final mass（31.41±2.38）. The two dimensions of trauma and burnout of nurses＇ sympathy load were negatively correlated with the scores of nursing quality（P〈0.05）, and there was a positive correlation between empathy and physical quality scores（P〉0.05）. Nurses age, title, education, working years into the compassion load multi factor Logistic regression equation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nurses＇ compassion load can significantly affect the quality of neonatal nursing, while the two trauma, burnout and nursing quality are negatively correlated, while the satisfaction of sympathy and the quality of nursing are positively correlated.
