摘　　要： 为了提高IT资产管理水平,确保IT资产"帐、卡、物"一致,开发了IT资产清查工具移动应用系统。分析了玉林供电局IT资产管理现状,提出系统总体架构、功能模块、数据库的设计。该系统的主要功能有IT资产入库、IT资产分配、IT资产回收及统计分析等。应用效果表明,该系统的开发与应用,为IT资产管理人员提供了便捷的移动管理工具,实现了IT资产清查的信息化管理,提升了工作效率。 In order to improve the IT asset management level and guarantee consistence among account, card and goods of IT asset, the mobile application system for IT asset inventory tool is developed. The management situation of IT asset in Yulin power grid is analyzed, and designs of system general structure, function module and database are proposed. Main functions of the system are including IT asset warehousing, IT asset assignment, IT asset recovery and statistical analysis and son on. Application effects show that the development and application of the system provide convenient mobile management tool for IT asset managers, realize the informatization management of IT asset inventory and improve work efficiency.
