三维可视化技术在变电设备检修培训中的应用

摘  要: 为了提高电力系统非实物检修培训效果,利用三维可视化技术开发了基于变电站全景仿真的变电设备检修培训系统。该系统实现了变压器和断路器状态评价及检修流程的三维仿真,此外还包含配套的3D考核模块。该系统的开发,突破了传统的文档、图标及二维的培训模式,实现系统与实际设备无空间差别的检修训练,管理人员可以进行检修效果的操作检验和理论考核。实际应用效果表明,该系统的使用,为新员工提升变电设备检修技能提供了有力的辅助手段。 In order to improve the electric power system non-physical maintenance training effects, the substation equipment maintenance training system based on substation panoramic simulation is developed by using 3D visualization technology. The system realizes the 3D simulation of status evaluation and maintenance process of transformers and breakers, which in addition includes matching 3D examination module. The development of the system which breaks through the traditional training mode with documents, icon and 2D, realize the maintenance training without space differences between system and physical equipment. Managers can carry out the manipulation check of maintenance result and the theoretical examination Practical application effects show that the usage of the system provides a powerful assistant means for new employees to improve maintenance skills of substation equipment.
