摘 要: 针对多回路供电用户最大需量计量方法存在的问题,提出一种基于滑差时间功率的最大需量计算方法。分析了子母表和终端数据融合两种多回路供电用户最大需量计量方式,根据广西电网目前负荷计量情况,设计了基于终端数据融合方式多回路供电用户最大需量计量方案。最后通过实例验证了该方案能准确地反应用户的实际最大需量,具有较强工程应用性。 Aiming at problems in the maximum demand measurement method for customers with multiple power supply circuits, a maximum demand calculation method based on slipping time power is proposed. Two kinds of maximum demand measurement modes of customers with multiple power supply circuits are analyzed including master slave meter and terminal data fusion. Maximum demand measurement scheme for customers With multiple power supply circuits based on terminal data fusion mode are designed according to current situation of load measurement in Guangxi power grid. Finally, it is testified by practical cases that the proposed scheme can reflect accurately actual maximum demand of customers which has stronger project applicability
