摘　　要： 为了分析输变电工程竣工结算单位造价的统计特性,以南方电网2011—2016年投产的典型输变电工程竣工结算数据为基础,研究不同电压等级输变电工程结算单位造价概率分布特性,定量求取其近似概率密度及近似累积概率密度分布函数,得到输变电工程的造价分布区间,并与可研投资控制指标进行对比分析。分析结果表明:变电工程与线路工程结算单位造价的概率分布均类似正态分布,并与南方电网公司可研投资控制指标水平相当,具有普遍性。 In order to analyze statistical characteristics of unit cost of power transmission and transformation project completion settlement, based on typical power transmission and transformation project completion settlement data put into operation from 2011- 2016 in China Southern Power Grid, probability distribution characteristics of unit cost of power transmission and transformation project completion settlement of different voltage levels are studied. Approximate probability density and cumulative probability density distribution function are calculated quantitatively and cost distribution interval of power transmission and transformation project is obtained, which can be compared and analyzed with investment control index of feasibility study. Analysis results show that probability distributions of unit cost of both the transmission and transformation projects are similar to normal distribution and are about the same level as the investment control index of feasibility study in China Southern Power Grid, which has the universality.
