摘　　要： 目的:探讨膜联蛋白A1(Annexin A1)在胎膜早破胎盘组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和蛋白质印迹法(Western blot)分别对40例正常足月妊娠妇女(正常妊娠组)、40例足月前胎膜早破和40例足月胎膜早破的Annexin A1信使核糖核酸(m RNA)及蛋白进行测定。结果:Annexin A1 m RNA及蛋白在正常妊娠组胎盘组织中表达最低;足月胎膜早破组中次之;足月前胎膜早破中最高,正常妊娠组与足月前胎膜早破组和足月胎膜早破组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),足月前胎膜早破组和足月胎膜早破组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Annexin A1在胎膜早破胎盘组织中表达上调,Annexin A1的高表达可能与胎膜早破胎盘组织中的细胞凋亡增多有关。 Objective To investigate＇the expression and significance of annexin Al （Annexin, Al） in placental tissue of premature rupture of membranes. Methods Using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blot techniquesrespectively in 40 normal pregnant women （control group）, 40 cases of preterm premature rupture of Annexin Al and protein of mRNA and 40 cases of preterrn premature rupture of membranes were measured. Results Annexin Al and mRNA protein expression in the lowest group in placenta of normal pregnancy; premature rupture of membranes in the second group; preterm premature rupture of membranes in the highest group and PPROM group and premature rupture of membranes of normal pregnancy group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, before term Prom group and premature rupture of membranes were compared, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion the expression of Annexin and Al is up- regulated in placental tissues of premature rupture of membranes, and the high expression of Annexin and Al may be related to the increase of apoptosis in placental tissue of premature rupture of membranes.
