摘 要: 随着新能源城市、光伏发电应用示范区等的发展,分布式电源高渗透率的情况逐渐凸显,这给地区电网带来了新的运营和管理问题。虚拟电厂(virtual power plant,VPP)以其创新的运营模式为此类问题提供了可行的解决方案。在分析虚拟电厂的概念、特征、结构、功能等的基础上,重点围绕虚拟电厂在分布式光伏发电应用示范区中的应用开展研究和讨论,分析虚拟电厂的应用前景和先决条件,最后提出虚拟电厂未来发展应重点关注的问题。 With the development of new energy city and photovoltaic generation application demonstration area, a high penetration of distributed generation appears, which brings new operation and management issues to regional power grid. The virtual power plant (VPP) provides a feasible solution to these issues with the innovative operation mode. Based on the analysis of the concept, characteristics, structure and function of VPP, this paper focuses on the research and discussion of the application of VPP in the distributed photovoltaic generation application demonstration area, and analyzes its application prospect and preconditions. Finally, this paper proposes some key issues on the future development of VPP.
