摘　　要： 涂胶工艺是制鞋、皮革制造、耳机组装和手机贴膜等生产中的瓶颈工艺,手动获取或根据零件图纸设计涂胶路径比较费时,并且精度不高。针对涂胶工艺路径获取效率过低的问题,以鞋底后帮轮廓为例,采用计算机图像处理技术完成图像获取、图像二值化和形态学处理,用索贝尔边缘检测技术快速获取图像边缘,对边缘的拟合与偏置后得到涂胶的路径,为涂胶工艺的瓶颈问题提供解决方案。 Glning is the bottleneck process coating technology of shoes production,leather manufacturing,earphone assembly and cellphone screen assembla and so on,and the design of glue path is very time-consuming. In the paper,the sole contour is taken as an example,the computer image processing technology is used to complete the image acquisition,and image binaryzation and morphological processing,the image edge is ：ompleted by the edge detection technology ofsobel,and the gluing path is designed by the edge. The solution is provided for the bottleneck problem of the gluing process.
