摘 要: 涂胶工艺是制鞋、皮革制造、耳机组装和手机贴膜等生产中的瓶颈工艺,手动获取或根据零件图纸设计涂胶路径比较费时,并且精度不高。针对涂胶工艺路径获取效率过低的问题,以鞋底后帮轮廓为例,采用计算机图像处理技术完成图像获取、图像二值化和形态学处理,用索贝尔边缘检测技术快速获取图像边缘,对边缘的拟合与偏置后得到涂胶的路径,为涂胶工艺的瓶颈问题提供解决方案。 Glning is the bottleneck process coating technology of shoes production,leather manufacturing,earphone assembly and cellphone screen assembla and so on,and the design of glue path is very time-consuming. In the paper,the sole contour is taken as an example,the computer image processing technology is used to complete the image acquisition,and image binaryzation and morphological processing,the image edge is :ompleted by the edge detection technology ofsobel,and the gluing path is designed by the edge. The solution is provided for the bottleneck problem of the gluing process.
