摘　　要： 论述了基于Unipol工艺的中熔抗冲聚丙烯FC709M的生产过程,重点讨论了β/α比率、铝钛比、铝硅比、氢气乙烯比、丙烯乙烯比、聚合温度、反应温度等重要工艺参数对产品性能的影响,并对整个中熔抗冲聚丙烯FC709M的生产过程进行了全面系统的总结。 The production process of impact polypropylene FC709 M based on Unipol technology was introduced, the influence of beta/alpha ratio, ratio of Al to Ti, ratio of Al to Si, ratio of hydrogen to ethylene, ratio of propylene to ethylene, reaction temperature and polymerization temperature on properties of the product was investigated, and some problems in the production process of impact polypropylene FC709 M were discussed.
