摘　　要： 目的:观察针刺四缝穴对小儿厌食症血清瘦素水平的影响,探讨运用该方法治疗厌食症的有效性与其水平变化的相关性。方法:将2014~2016年来我院就诊的厌食症患儿60例随机分为针刺组和健胃消食口服液组各30例,通过观察患儿临床症状及治疗前、后的瘦素水平的变化,进而探讨其治疗小儿厌食症有效性的可能的作用机制。结果:针刺组总有效率显著高于口服液组(P<0.05),治疗后,患儿的食量、食欲均较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05),治疗后,两组患儿的瘦素水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且针刺组治疗后的瘦素水平显著低于口服液组(P<0.05)。结论:瘦素是一种主要由脂肪细胞分泌的激素,在能量代谢及调节食欲过程中发挥着重要作用。该方法使体内瘦素的水平发生变化,从而可能起到影响食欲及能量消耗的作用,进而达到改善厌食症状的目的。 Objective： To observe the Influence on the level of leptin in children who have the symptom of deficiency of spleen and stomach by use of acupuncture four points treating infantile anorexia and discuss the Validity about making use of it to treat anorexia and the relationship of level change about leptin. Methods： 2014~2016 in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of children with anorexia were randomly divided into acupuncture group and the healthy stomach Xiaoshi oral liquid group in 30 cases, according to observe the changes of clinical symptoms and the varieties of se- rum leptin levels of before and after treatment, it could be to find out the mechanism of effective treatment. Results： The total effective rate in the acu- puncture group was significantly higher than that of oral liquid group （P〈0.05）, after treatment, children＇s appetite and appetite were significantly in- creased （P〈0.05）, after treatment, two groups of children with leptin levels were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）, and the acupuncture group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the leptin level in oral liquid group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Leptin, as a kind of hormone was secreted by fat ceils, plays an important role in the regulation of appetite and energy metabolism. This method can change the level of leptin in the body, so as to affect the role of appetite and energy consumption, that is improving the symptoms of anorexia.
