摘　　要： 目的:比较针刺夹脊穴结合脊柱推拿和单纯针刺夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出的短期疗效。方法:将78例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例,治疗组采用针刺夹脊穴结合脊柱推拿,对照组采用单纯针刺夹脊穴,观察两组RMDQ量表评分、VAS评分。结果:治疗后,两组患者的RMDQ、VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的RMDQ、VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺夹脊穴结合脊柱推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的短时疗效较单纯针刺优势明显。 Objective： To compare the acupuncture Jiaji combined spinal massage and acupuncture with short-term curative effect of Jiaji points for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 78 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 39 cases in each group, the treatment group were treated by acupuncture Jiaji combined with spinal manipulation, control group treated with acupuncture of Jiaji point, observe two groups of RMDQ score, VAS score. Results： After treatment, two groups of patients with RMDQ, VAS scores were significantly lower than before treatment （P〈0.05）, and RMDQ after treatment in the treatment group, VAS score was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture Jiaji combined with short-term effect of spine massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation with acupuncture have obvious advantages.
