摘　　要： 目的:探讨葛酮通络胶囊治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果。方法:将2015年3月~2016年6月期间接收的94例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为研究组和对照组各47例,对照组应用针灸推拿治疗,研究组在此基础上应用葛酮通络胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:研究组治愈时间、治疗效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用葛酮通络胶囊治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者,不仅能缩短患者的治愈时间,也能提高治疗有效率,安全性较高,建议推广。 Objective： To investigate the getong Tongluo Capsule in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods： Receiving the March 2015 -2016 year in June period 94 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 47 cases in each group, the control group used acupuncture and massage therapy, study group based on the application of ge- tong Tongluo Capsule treatment, compared the therapeutic effects of two groups of patients. Results： The study group cure time, treatment effects were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients with Getong Tongluo Capsule can not only shorten the cure time, but also improve the efficiency and safety of the treatment.
