摘 要: 目的探讨多窗口技术在尘肺病数字化X线摄影中的应用,提高尘肺病数字化胸片的质量。方法以25名某石棉制品加工企业女性工人作为研究对象,拍摄数字化X线胸片,利用多窗口技术进行图像后处理,由3名具有尘肺病诊断资格的执业医师对DR胸片进行集体阅片,根据GBZ70.2015((职业性尘肺病的诊断》进行诊断,比较分析不同窗口条件下的胸片质量和诊断结果。结果3名读片者的75组胸片中有62(62/75,82.67%)组胸片都认为需要多窗口处理才能做出正确识别肺纹理。按下肺区设定图像处理参数的胸片总体密集度普遍低于按上肺区设定时一致率为28%,K值为0.33,95%CI为0.12~0.54,诊断结果的一致率为76%,K值为0.67,95%CI为0.42~0.92。结论多窗口显示可以满足不同组织部位的图像显示,胸片的质量能够符合尘肺病诊断的要求。 Objective To explore window settings technology in the digital radiography of pneumoconiosis, and to improve the quality of the digital chest radiographs.
