微种植体支抗滑动法内收上前牙的三维有限元分析研究

摘  要: 目的:探索构建牙周膜超弹性本构模型的方法,模拟直丝弓矫治技术滑动机制条件下一步法和两步法内收上颌前牙,并观察上颌前牙的初始位移趋势。方法:建立种植体支抗的位置位于第二前磨牙与第一磨牙之间及高度分别距牙槽嵴顶上4 mm、6 mm、8 mm不同组合的三维模型,并观察模拟滑动法内收前牙时,上颌前牙的初始位移情况。结果:内收上颌前牙,高度增加时,各前牙牙冠初始内收量减小,各前牙的初始压入量增大,牙周膜受力较分散且最大应力值向根尖部位转移;两步法内收前牙较一步法内收前牙,中切牙、侧切牙初始内收量更大,初始压入量更大。结论:种植体高度的变化主要影响牙齿的垂直向位移方式;一步法与两步法内收上颌前牙时,两步法可以获得更大的牙齿初始位移量。 Objective:To explore the construction method of periodontal ligament hyperelastic constitutive model that was constructed to investigate the biomechanical effects of micro-implant anchorage technique with sliding mechanics onmaxillary anterior teeth retraction between one-step and two-step methods.Methods:ANSYS14.0 finite element analysis software was used to simulate the sliding mechanics with different implant insertion heights(4 mm,6 mm and 8 mm,respectively) in order to compare the initial displacement.Results:To maxillary anterior teeth retraction,with the increasement of the microimplant insertion heights,the initial displacement of maxillary anterior teeth retraction decreased and the initial displacement of maxillary anterior teeth intrusion increased.When the retraction increased and the initial displacement of maxillary anterior teeth intrusion decreased.The periodontal membrane was dispersed and the maximum stress value was transferred to the root tip.Two-step method produced more initial displacement of maxillary anterior teeth retraction and intrusion than one-step method.Conclusion:The ideal teeth movement control could be achieved by different insertion heights of micro-implant,and two-step method could produce more initial displacement than one-step method.
