摘 要: 高校图书馆应承担服务社会的义务和责任,这已基本成为社会共识,很多高校图书馆也作出了努力和尝试。基于对浙江省的实证研究显示,高校图书馆面向社会开放服务的程度还不高,服务对象、服务项目、服务方式及规范化程度等方面还有待完善。为此提出创新路径放宽服务对象、拓展服务内容、开展特色服务、完善制度规定、加大宣传力度等建议,达到校内校外服务的双赢。 University library should assume the obligation and responsibility of social service, which has become the social consensus, and many university libraries have made efforts and attempts. Based on the empirical research of university libraries in Zhejiang province, the level of university library's socialized service is low. Their service population, service project, service mode and standardization need to be improved. The paper put forward to relax service population, expand service projects, develop characteristic services, improve the system provisions, and increase the propaganda ,to achieve the win-win of off-campus services.
