摘　　要： 利用文献调查法和网络调查法,对当前美国和日本两国图书馆标准规范体系进行调查及梳理。通过具体分析其管理主体、设计流程、内容结构,总结两国在图书馆标准规范体系建立方面的特点,并结合国外先进经验,提出我国在建设图书馆标准规范体系的过程中,应注意推动行业协会发挥作用、保证标准规范针对性和加强标准的推广应用。 Using the literature and network survey method this paper combs the library standard system in America and Japan. By analyzing their administrative body, drawing process and content structure, this paper summarizes characters of establishing library standard system of both countries that in the process of building the library standard system China should pay attention to promote the role of trade association, ensure the pertinence of standard and enhance popularization and application of library standard in reference of their advanced experience.
