摘　　要： 通过对团体标准发展现状以及现存问题的分析,从组织理论出发,运用组织决策、组织流程设计、组织协调控制等相关理论并结合国外先进经验对团体标准的治理机制以及运行模式做了深入探讨。详细阐述了团体标准治理的结构,提供了团体标准组织在协调、控制和发展三方面的新思路与新见解。并运用组织网络理论,着重对团体标准运行模式进行分析。推动了我国标准化改革,为我国团体标准的发展提供理论及经验的参考。 Based on the analysis of the development of group standards and their existing problems, from organization theory, this paper makes in-depth discussion on the group standards and operation mode of governance mechanism with relevant theories of organization decision-making, organizational process design and organizational coordination and control combined with the advanced foreign experience. It elaborates on the structure of group standards governance and provides new ideas and insights for the coordination, control and development of group standards organization. It also uses organization network theory to analyze the operation mode of group standards. All the above have promoted the standardization reform in our country, which provides a reference for the development of Chinese group standards.
