摘　　要： 目的:观察咽部刺营法对慢性咽炎模型动物的咽部病理形态学影响。方法:将40只新西兰兔随机分为咽部刺营疗法组、单纯模型组、利咽合剂治疗组、空白对照组,每组10只。建立慢性咽炎模型,进行相应治疗。观察各组实验兔日常状态;取出咽部黏膜及其下组织,光学显微镜下观察病理形态学的变化。结果:实验动物食量、饮水方面,咽部刺营疗法组与利咽合剂治疗组的食量、饮水均较治疗前增多,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而咽部刺营疗法组与利咽合剂治疗组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在咽部病理学方面,经咽部刺营法治疗后,实验动物咽部黏膜病变恢复较好,咽部刺营疗法组与利咽合剂治疗组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:咽部刺营法可有效改善咽炎动物模型咽部炎性细胞浸润,减轻血管充血,缓解黏膜肿胀。 Objective： To investigate the effect of pharyngeal acupuncture on pharyngeal pathomorphology in an animal model of chronic pharyngitis. Methods： A total of 40 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into pharyngeal acupuncture group,model group,Liyan mixture group,and blank control group,with 10 rabbits in each group. A model of chronic pharyngitis was established,and corresponding treatment was given. The rabbits＇ daily activities were observed,and pharyngeal mucosa and tissue were collected to observe pathomorphological changes under an optical microscope. Results： The pharyngeal acupuncture group and the Liyan mixture group had significant increases in food and water consumption after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,while there were no significant differences between the pharyngeal acupuncture group and the Liyan mixture group（ P〈0. 05）. The pharyngeal acupuncture group had good recovery of pharyngeal mucosal lesions after treatment,and there was no significant difference between the pharyngeal acupuncture group and the Liyan mixture group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Pharyngeal acupuncture can improve inflammatory cell infiltration,alleviate congestion of blood vessels,and relieve mucosal swelling in an animal model of pharyngitis.
