摘　　要： 2005年是我国公共文化政策元年,因此文章以公共文化政策次年,即2006年为起点,对近十年来国家和省、地级市(不含港澳台)发布的相关政府文件中对公共图书馆事业的定性或定量标准要求进行了分析研究。主要对这一时期包含图书馆标准的164个政府文件进行了梳理,分析了其概况和特点,探索了由政府文件建构的图书馆标准体系,并根据政策语境下的图书馆标准分析了政府在图书馆领域重点关注和发展的几个方面。 2005 is the first year of China＇s public cultural policy, so this article takes 2006 ,the second year after the public cultural policy, as a starting point, to analyze and research both qualitative or quantitative public library standards in policies released by national, provincial and prefecture level government （ excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan ） in nearly a decade. This paper mainly summarizes 164 government documents related to public library, analyses the general situation and characteristics, explore the public library standards framework constructed by them and analyzes the key development areas of public library from the policy context.
