摘 要: 通过深入分析土地利用现状数据及地理国情普查数据的内容及土地开发强度评估的内涵,表明了地理国情普查数据在土地开发强度评估方面的优势及合理性。阐述了基于地理国情普查数据的土地开发强度评估原理,以珠三角核心区六市为研究区域,研究了六市总体及各自的房屋建筑分布状况,以及每平方公里建筑及土地的平均开发强度。结果表明,珠三角核心区总体以高密度低矮房屋建筑较多,整体开发强度并不高,相对来说,东莞市的土地开发强度略高于其他市,这与该市良好的经济发展是密切相关的。 Through analyzing the content in depth of land use data and geographic conditions survey data, shows that geographic conditions survey data have the advantages and rationality in the evaluation of land development intensity. This paper elaborating the evaluation principles of land development intensity based on geographic conditions survey data, to study the area of the core regions of Zhujiang River Delta. Studying the distribution of housing construction overall and individual, and studying the average development intensity per square kilometer construction and land.The results show that the core regions of Zhujiang River Delta in general to high density low housing construction more. The overall development intensity is not high. Relatively, the land development intensity of Dongguan City is slightly higher than other cities. This is closely related to the city's good economic development.
