摘 要: 产学研合作遵循"需要—努力—绩效—满足"的期望规律,绩效评价是对合作结果的选择性评价,是对达成合作关系的各方组织预期获得资源与实际成果的对比以及对组织生存和发展目标实现程度的分析和评价。评价产学研合作绩效关键是"绩效—满足",生成绩效是否满足组织需要可从获得资源的效率和效力两方面分析。此外,产学研合作绩效评价还要以组织生存与发展的长远目标为终极衡量标准。 An expectation rule is going through the production-study-research cooperation, that is, need-effort-performance- satisfaction. The performance evaluation mechanism selectively evaluates the accomplished level of expected results and organizations' survival and development.The key step to evaluate the production-study-research cooperation is "performance - meet". Based on the Expectancy theory and the Resource dependence theory, we could use the efficiency and effectiveness of gaining resources to analyze whether the generated performance has met organizations' needs. And the most important part of performance evaluation is organizations' survival and development.
