摘 要: 目的 了解手术室护士对心脏外科手术患者人文关怀的现状,探讨心脏外科手术患者围术期人文关怀的实施方案.方法 2016年7—8月采用目的抽样方法,选取广西某三级甲等医院10名手术室护士进行半结构式深入访谈,访谈资料运用Colaizzi分析方法进行分析.结果 提炼出3个主题,分别为人文关怀了解程度与年资、职称、实践经历有关;人文关怀实施状况不佳的表现包括术前访视落实不到位、缺乏有效沟通技巧、不注意保护患者隐私、不重视术后回访;实施人文关怀有利于提高患者满意度.结论 手术室管理者应安排人文关怀专题内容,全面落实手术室护士对心脏外科手术患者的人文关怀,提高患者满意度. Objective To investigate the status of humanistic care on patients with cardiac surgery of operating room nurse and explore the implementation of perioperative humanistic care on patients with cardiac surgery.Methods Purposive sampling method was used to deeply semi-structured interview 10 operating room nurses in a class-three grade A hospital of Guangxi from July 2016 to August 2016. The interview data was analyzed by using Colaizzi analysis method.Results There were three themes. The knowledge level of humanistic care was related to seniority, professional title and practical experience. The poor performances in the implementation of humanistic care were as following: the preoperative interview was not in place, nurses were lack of effective communication skills, and nurses did not pay attention to the protection of the privacy of patients and postoperative visits. The implementation of humanistic care improved the satisfaction of patients. Conclusions Operation room managers should arrange humanistic care topics and fully implement the humanistic nursing care of patients undergoing cardiac surgery in operation room so as to improve the patients' satisfaction.
