摘　　要： 碘与人的身体健康密切相关,人体摄入过多或不足都易对健康造成危害。碘的检测方法主要有分光光度法、气相色谱法法、离子色谱法、电感耦合等离子质谱法等。前处理方法主要有湿消解法、干灰化法和微波消解法等。一种方便高效的检测方法和样品前处理方法对于准确了解碘水平至关重要,作者综述了国内外多种碘的检测分析方法及样品前处理方法,并展望未来检测方法和前处理方法的发展趋势。 Iodine is closely related to people＇s health and it will have bad effect on health no matter too much or too less intake.The detection methods of iodine mainly include spectrophotometry,gas chromatography,ion chromatography,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and so on. The methods of preparation mainly include wet digestion,dry ashing and microwave digestion. A convenient and efficient detection and preparation method is essential for accurate determination of iodine level. This paper summarizes the methods of iodine detection and preparation at home and abroad,and looks forward to the future trends of detection methods and preparation methods.
