高效液相色谱与液相-质谱联用在水质检测中的应用

摘  要: 该文综述了高效液相色谱(HPLC)与质谱(MS)的原理特点,反相高效液相色谱常用流动相、固定相的特点以及常用检测器的种类及近年来高效液相色谱与液相-质谱联用技术在水中农药残留和抗生素、工业污染物、生物性毒素、元素类污染物检测中的应用,列举出目前各研究的主要前处理方法、色谱与质谱条件、检测灵敏度、准确度与精密度等信息;指出高效液相色谱与质谱联用在使定性更准确的同时可在一定程度上提高检测的灵敏度,仅用高效液相色谱在对水中痕量物质的检测中更依赖于固相萃取、固相微萃取、液-液萃取等前处理手段富集待测物;展望了高效液相色谱作为一种分离手段与其他仪器作为一种检测器联用的应用前景。 This article briefly describes the principle and characteristics of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and mass spectrometry(MS),as well as the characteristics of mobile phase and stationary phase and the types of commonly used detectors in reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography,describes the application of HPLC and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)in the detection of pesticide residues,antibiotics,industrial pollutants,biological toxins and elements in water,enumerates the main pretreatment methods,chromatography and mass spectrometry,detection sensitivity,accuracy and precision of current studies,and points out that HPLC-MS not only can obtain the more accurate qualitative results but also increase the sensitivity,only by HPLC in detection of trace substances in water is more dependent on pretreatment means such as solid phase extraction,solid phase microextraction,liquid-liquid extraction to enrichment. At the same time,the authors forecast the applications of coupling technique that put HPLC as a means of separation and other instruments as a detector.
