乏燃料运输容器传热支撑板对卸料过程的影响分析

摘  要: 针对自主设计的乏燃料运输容器卸料冷却过程,开展卸料冷却过程热工分析,研究传热支撑板对卸料冷却过程的影响。分别建立不包含传热支撑板和包含传热支撑板的几何模型,通过对两种几何模型进行简化并取1/4为研究对象,采用k-ε方程湍流模型,利用Fluent完成热工计算。分析结果表明:传热支撑板对卸料冷却总时间的影响达到20%,传热支撑板对乏燃料运输容器卸料热工分析的影响不能忽略。 Thermal analysis was conducted on the unloading and cooling process of a self-developed spent fuel transport container with supporting slab, so as to analyze the effects of the slab on heat transfer behavior of the container during unloading and cooling process. Based on models set up respectively for the container with and without supporting slab, taking one-fourth of both the simplified models as an object of study, thermal calculation was carried out using κ-ε turbulent model with Fluent software. Results show that the cooling time affected by the supporting slab accounts for 20% of the total during unloading and cooling process, which can not be neglected during thermal analysis of spent fuel transport containers.
