摘 要: 对锅炉氧量的优化控制进行研究,通过外挂控制系统,与SIS系统和配煤掺烧系统进行连接,开发多煤种条件下的氧量自适应控制系统,实现多目标的闭环寻优控制。通过多煤种条件下的氧量自动寻优构建目标函数,通过氧量的相对经济性分析模型构建出相对供电成本,以相对供电成本最低为目标函数,进行氧量自适应控制策略的设计,实际运行结果显示达到了深度节能降耗的目的。 To optimize the control of boiler oxygen content, a multi-objective closed-loop optimization algorithm was proposed by developing an adaptive control system for the oxygen content under multi-coal combustion conditions through connection with the external control system, SIS system and blending combustion system. Meanwhile, a model of relative power supply cost was constructed under multi-coal conditions by building up an objective function of oxygen content optimization and setting up an analysis model of relative economy. Taking the minimum relative power supply cost as the objective function, an adaptive control strategy was designed for the oxygen content, which was proved to be effective in actual operation.
