摘　　要： 生态经济是指在生态系统的承载能力范围内,运用生态经济学原理和系统工程方法改变生产和消费方式,挖掘一切可以利用的资源潜力,发展一些经济发达、生态高效的产业,建设体制合理、社会和谐的文化以及生态健康、景观适宜的环境。在土地生态经济系统中,实现土地可持续利用必须以生态经济平衡为基础,遵循生态经济规律,其目的是在土地开发利用的过程中,使生态、社会以及经济三方形成"1+1+1>3"的协同效益。 Eco-economy refers to the use of eco-economic principles and systems engineering methods to change the production and consumption patterns within the scope of carrying capacity of ecosystems, to tap all available resource potentials, to develop some economically developed and ecologically efficient industries and construction systems Reasonable, social and harmonious culture and ecological health, landscape suitable environment.
