摘　　要： 干熄焦是目前国内外冶金行业最先进的熄焦技术,具有改善环境、回收热能、提高焦炭质量等优点。但是,在干熄焦除尘系统运行过程中,由于设计不合理、制作安装不符合要求、操作维护不到位等原因,集尘点存在粉尘外溢的现象,给周围的环境及职工的身体健康构成一定威胁。本文首先分析了干熄焦除尘系统的影响因素,然后提出了优化和改进方案,旨在提高干熄焦除尘系统运行的稳定性,达到提高干熄焦除尘效率的目的。 CDQ is the most advanced metallurgical industry at home and abroad coke quenching technology, with improved environment, recycling heat, improve the quality of coke and so on. However, during the operation of the CDQ system, due to unreasonable design, production and installation does not meet the requirements, operation and maintenance is not in place and other reasons, the dust spots there is dust spill phenomenon, to the surrounding environment and the health of workers constitute a certain Threatening. In this paper, the influencing factors of the CDQ system are analyzed, and then the optimization and improvement scheme are put forward. The aim of the system is to improve the stability of the system.
