摘　　要： 克罗恩病的发病率在我国呈逐年上升趋势,在诊治上仍有一定困难。克罗恩病的诊断缺乏特异性指标,诊断前须排除其他病因引起的肠道疾病,确诊需要综合分析和随访观察。术前采用药物治疗或分阶段手术的策略,控制活动期病变,使病变转为缓解期后再进行确定性手术。本文总结了一例活动期复杂克罗恩病患者诊治经验和教训,旨在为该类患者的诊治提供一定的指导和帮助。 The incidence of Crohn disease is on rise year by year in China, and there are still difficulties for the diagnosis and treatment. The diagnosis of Crohn disease is lack of specific markers, and can′t be made unless the other intestinal diseases were excluded. The definite diagnosis depends on comprehensive analysis and follow-up. To transfer the disease to remission stage for definitive surgery, medical treatment or staged surgery would be adopted to control active lesions. This article aims at offering useful guidance for this disease by summarizing the experience and lessons of diagnosis and treatment on one case of active complex Crohn disease.
