摘　　要： 分析一例结肠平滑肌肉瘤的病例,根据诊疗经过结合文献复习,对结肠平滑肌肉瘤的临床表现和治疗原则进行回顾性分析,探讨结肠平滑肌肉瘤的临床诊治。本例患者术后恢复良好。结肠平滑肌肉瘤临床罕见,手术切除仍然是首选治疗方案。 One patient with transverse colon leiomyosarcoma was reported. Combined with the literature review, the clinical manifestation and treatment principles were summarized for exploring the diagnosis and treatment of colon leiomyosarcoma. The patient recovered well. Colon leiomyosarcoma is very rare. Racidal resection remains the first choice of treatment.
