颗粒检测技术在膜法水处理中的应用实验探索

摘  要: 对比了采用颗粒计数与浊度来表征水中颗粒物的区别,介绍了颗粒计数检测技术的应用现状,通过实验对颗粒计数检测技术在评价水中颗粒物的去除效果、检测的影响因素及识别膜破损的灵敏程度进行了分析和研究。结果表明:颗粒计数检测技术应用于膜法水处理工程时,应考虑系统中泵和复杂管路对检测结果的影响。颗粒计数检测可以补充浊度指标,及时识别和发现膜缺陷导致的水质的细微变化,降低饮用水中致病微生物的风险。 Compared the differences between particle counting and turbidity in characterizing particles in water, the application of particle counting detection technology nowadays was introduced. The particle counting technique using in evaluating removal efficiency of the particulate matter in the water and the factors affecting the detection and the degree of sensitivity to identify membrane damage were analysed and researched through experiments. It was indicated that the pumps and the complex pipelines of the system should be taken into account when the particle counting technique was applied in the membrane water treatment project. Particle count can be used to identify and detect the subtle changes in water timely supplementing the turbidity, and reduce the risk of pathogenic microorganisms in drinking water.
