摘 要: 高温电除尘器广泛应用于工业领域,为研究高温电除尘器的除尘特性,搭建了一套合理的实验装置以开展实验研究。该试验装置采用商业CFD软件,计算了不同初设方案的夹层气流均匀性,最终确定立式矩形腔体为最佳方案。 The high temperature electrostatic precipitators have been widely used in the industrial field. To study the dust removal characteristics of high temperature electrostatic precipitators, a set of reasonable experimental equipment was set up to carry out experimental research. In this equipment, commercial CFD software is used to calculate the evenness of the interlayer airflow of different initial schemes, and the vertical rectangu- lar cavity is determined as the best solution.
