摘　　要： 真菌的孢子和(或)菌丝经各种途径进入人体后,都有可能引起过敏反应,呼吸道和皮肤是真菌致敏的主要反应器官。该文就常见的致敏真菌、真菌的致敏机制、真菌所致呼吸道和皮肤变态反应性疾病等进行综述。 Fungal spores and/or hyphae enter the body through a variety of ways, which are likely to cause allergic reactions.Respiratory tract and skin are the main reaction organs of fungal sensitization.This paper reviews the common sensitizing fungi and the mechanisms of fungi sensitization,respiratory tract and skin allergic diseases induced by fungi.
