维拉帕米增加伊曲康唑体外抗烟曲霉能力

摘  要: 目的探讨临床药物维拉帕米对伊曲康唑体外抗烟曲霉能力的影响。方法在仅含伊曲康唑(ITZ)和含有ITZ与维拉帕米(Vera)的平板上观察烟曲霉菌落生长情况;显微镜下观察烟曲霉在仅含ITZ和两药联合的液体培养基中孢子萌发和菌丝生长情况;使用微量液基稀释法和E-test方法测试两个药物联用后的伊曲康唑对烟曲霉最低抑菌浓度。结果ITZ联用Vera比单用ITZ对烟曲霉菌落生长、菌丝萌发抑制效果更明显,并且显著降低了ITZ对烟曲霉的MIC。结论维拉帕米增加伊曲康唑对烟曲霉的体外抗菌能力。 Objective To study the effect of verapamil on antifungal activity of itraconazole against Aspergillus fumigatus in vitro.Methods Colony diameters were measured to compare the drug sensitivity when the strains were inoculated on the media with itraconazole alone and in the combination of verapamil. Spore germination were observated by microscope under itraconazole alone and in the combination of verapamil.Testing for susceptibility to itraconazole was carried out by the broth-based microdilution and E-test methods.Results Colony growth and conidia germination and biofilms were inhibited better under the combination of itraconazole and verapamil than that under itraconazole alone.Conclusions Verapamil enhances anti- fungal activity of itraconazole against Aspergillus furnigatus in vitro.
