摘　　要： 通过运用Super-SBM模型和Malmquist指数对2005—2014年长江经济带新型城镇化效率进行评价和动态分析,并进一步运用Arc GIS10.2对新型城镇化效率进行空间分析。结果表明:长江经济带新型城镇化效率整体不高,区域发展差距较大,总体呈现出下游高于中游,中游高于上游的态势。同时,新型城镇化效率水平的增长趋势并不明显,经济发展水平较低的省市依赖技术进步,较高的省市依赖技术效率;从空间上看,效率变化明显,效率值总体上呈现出由下游到上游递减的分布特征,各省市新型城镇化效率分布呈现显著集聚特征,非均衡分布态势已较为突出。因此,要加强地区间交流合作,均衡区域发展,注重环境保护,提高生态效率,优化资源配置,提高新型城镇化效率。 Through the use of Super SBM models and Malmquist index from 2005 to 2014 of The Yangtze River economic belt of new urbanization efficiency evaluation and dynamic analysis, and further, using of the new urbanization Arc GIS10.2 efficiency are analyzed in space. Results show that The Yangtze River economic belt of new urbanization efficiency as a whole is not high, the regional development gap is larger, a general downstream above middle, middle reaches higher than the upstream of the situation,at the same time, new growth trend of the urbanization level of efficiency is not obvious, the low level of economic development of cities and provinces rely on technological progress, the higher the provinces rely on technical efficiency; Seen from space, change obviously, efficiency value, on the whole, the distribution features of the present a descending from downstream to upstream, various provinces and cities new significant agglomeration efficiency distribution characteristics of urbanization, unbalanced development situation has been outstanding. Therefore, to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between regions, balanced regional development, pay attention to environmental protection, improve the ecological efficiency, optimize the allocation of resources, improve the efficiency of the new urbanization.
