摘　　要： 以旋压皮带轮为研究对象,分析了其应力组成。借助有限元分析软件,探讨了端面扭矩预紧力对旋压皮带轮的位移、应力和疲劳寿命的影响,并从不同角度分析了旋压皮带轮的疲劳寿命。结果表明:有预紧力的旋压皮带轮位移、应力比无预紧力下的皮带轮位移、应力大,而疲劳寿命比无预紧力下的皮带轮疲劳寿命小;得出旋压皮带轮强度和刚度设计上,可以忽略端面扭矩的影响,而在旋压皮带轮疲劳寿命设计上,不能忽略端面扭矩的结论。 Taking spinning pulley as research object, the stress components of spinning pulley were analyzed. The influence on displacement, stress and fatigue life of the spinning pulley under the end face preload torque were discussed by means of finite element software, then the fatigue life of spinning pulley was analyzed at different angle. The results showed that： the displacement and stress of spinning pulley under the end face preload torque were larger than that of the pulley with no preload and the fatigue life is smaller than that of the pulley without preload. Therefore, it is concluded that the impact of the end face torque in terms of strength and stiffness design can be ignored while the impact of the end face torque cannot be ignored for the designing of the fatigue life in the spinning pulley.
