摘 要: 通过实验测定超声波检测波速波幅与泥浆密度的关系,并且结合具体工程检测数据,对比分析耦合介质对基桩超声波检测的影响。结果表明,当泥浆密度小于一定数值时,耦合剂对超声波的检测参数影响很小,但是在超过这一数值的情况下,随着泥浆密度的增大,耦合剂对超声波检测参数的影响越来越大,波幅和波速值越来越小,从而影响了工程检测人员对检测数据的分析和判断。 Clear-water as the ultrasound integrity of foundation pile test couplant in the underground foundation project has been widely used.Although relevant scholars of the impurities in water has studied the performance and achieved many results,the support of mud density performance factors is still unclear.The analysis is also far from perfect in this article to explore this.Based on the research of ultrasonic Sound Parameter and mud density concentration,and combined with the engineering data,this article analyses the couplant influence on pile ultrasonic testing.The results of this study indicate that when the mud density is smaller than a certain value,ultrasonic detection parameters effect is very small.But with the increase of mud density,the influence of couplant on ultrasonic testing parameter has a great influence.Wave velocity and wave volatility become increasingly small.It seriously affects the project on the analysis of testing data and testing of judgment,and brings the deviation to judge the correctness of the engineering results.Therefore,the research results of the article are very good to solve these problems.
