摘 要: 核心素养的育人理念是以"终身教育"为基础,促进人的全面发展为目标而提出来的,落实核心素养是"立德树人"的根本要求,而课程是落实核心素养的重要载体,基于核心素养进行课程标准改革是完成新世纪人才培养目标的重要途径。通过梳理澳大利亚基于核心素养进行课程标准制定的缘起,分析澳大利亚基于核心素养的课程框架结构,指明澳大利亚核心素养在学科课程标准中体现的特点,并总结其对中国基于核心素养的课程改革的启示——以核心素养促进基础教育领域课程整合;根据核心素养调整或重组内容标准;建立基于核心素养的成就评价标准;根据成就评价标准设置表现样例。 The key competencies concept of educating people is based on "lifelong education" and aims to promote the all-round development of human beings. The implementation of key competencies is the basic requirements of "build virtue and nurture men of talent", and the curriculum is an important carrier of the implementation of key competencies. The reform of curriculum standards based on key competencies is an important way to accomplish the goal of personnel training in the new century. This paper combs the origin of curriculum standards in Austra- lia based on key competencies, and analyzes the framework of curriculum structure.It points out the characteristics of the Australian key compe- tencies in the subject curriculum standards and sums up the experience for our country to promote the reform of curriculum standard based on key competencies: promote curriculum integration in basic areas with key competencies; adjust or restructure content standards based on key competencies; establish achievement evaluation criteria based on key competencies; set up peffomance samples according to achievement evalu- ation criteria.
