贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产业发展研究——以红寺堡区为例

摘  要: 葡萄酒产业在发展过程中存在产品结构单一、发展粗放、附加值低等问题。国内外葡萄酒企业都在积极探索葡萄酒产业发展之路,形成了各具特色的产业发展模式。宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产区是国内八大葡萄酒产区之一,得天独厚的自然条件,使其发展迅速,在全国葡萄酒产区中具有代表性,但在新的市场环境下,对产业发展提出了新的要求和挑战。本研究通过对国内外葡萄酒产业发展的分析,结合贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产业发展现状,联系互联网背景下葡萄酒产业发展的新特点和宁夏生态移民、美丽乡村建设的实际情况,以中国葡萄酒镇——红寺堡区为例,探讨了葡萄酒产业发展的新模式,对葡萄酒产业的健康发展具有一定的指导意义。 In the process of wine industry development, there are some problems such as single product structure, extensive development and low added value.Both domestic and foreign wine enterprises and governments were actively exploring the development path of the wine industry, and formed a distinctive industrial development model.Ningxia Helan mountain east region is one of the eight wine areas in China,nature are richly endowed by natural conditions,the rapid development of the representative in the national wine region,but in the new market environment,new demands and challenges have been put forward.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign wine industrial development, combining with the development situation of wine industry in Helan mountain east and the new development characteristics of the wine industry under the background of the Internet and the actual situation of the construction of the ecological immigrant and beautiful countryside in Ningxia, a case study of the Chinese wine town (Hongsibu), the new mode of the development of the wine industry was discussed in this paper, which has certain guiding significance for the healthy development of the wine industry.
