摘 要: 为了明确Na^+离子浓度对厌氧发酵体系产沼气和CH_4的影响,试验设置了光照和黑暗条件,采用逐步提高实验系统Na^+浓度,测定了产沼气量和产甲烷量。研究结果表明,不论在光照还是黑暗条件下,Na^+离子浓度为3745.2~5577.6mg/L均具有较好的产气量、产气速率和产CH_4量,可成为厌氧发酵体系Na^+浓度的最适浓度的选择。 In order to determine the effect of Na^+ ion concentration on methane and CH4 production in anaerobic fermentation system, the methane and CH4 production were measured by increasing the Na^+ concentration in the experimental system under light and dark condition, respectively. The results showed that, whether in light or dark condition, the concentration of Na^+ ranged from 3 745.2 to 5 577.6mg/L obtained relatively better methane, CH4 productions, which could be the selection of the optimum Na^+ ion concentration under anaerobic fermentation system.
