摘　　要： 目的介绍近年来脱色方法在中药多糖提取物中的应用进展。方法查阅2010年以来的相关文献,对其脱色方法进行归纳、分类、综述。结果在中药多糖提取物中常用的脱色方法有活性炭脱色、大孔树脂脱色、H_2O_2脱色、次氯酸钠脱色等方法。结论选择适宜的方法对含多糖中药提取物进行脱色,能提高纯度、提升相关制剂的品质,对传统中药的精加工具有引导作用。 Objective To introduce the application of decolorization method in polysaccharide extracts of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The related literatures were reviewed and the methods of decolorization were generalized,classified and summarized.Results The general decolorization methods in polysaccharide extract of traditional Chinese medicine included carbon decolorization method,macroporous resin decolorization method,hydrogen peroxide decolorization,sodium hypochlorite decolorization,etc.Conclusion The selection of the right decolorization method in polysaccharide extracts of traditional Chinese medicine can increase the purity of polysaccharide extracts and improve the quality of the related agents.It plays a leading role in the fine processing of traditional Chinese medicine.
