摘　　要： 拉莫三嗪(LTG)是目前单药治疗妊娠期癫痫使用最多的抗癫痫药物(AEDs)之一。本文回顾了LTG在妊娠期的药动学、治疗药物监测、药物剂量调整方法及不良反应,发现LTG的药动学在妊娠期变化显著,在治疗妊娠期癫痫过程中应进行血药浓度监测,使目标浓度值在有效治疗浓度范围内;LTG安全性较高,对后代的致畸作用低于其他AEDs,对后代的认知能力没有明显影响。 Lamotrigine（LTG） is one of the most widely used antiepileptic drugs（AEDs） in the treatment of pregnant women with epilepsy.In this paper,we reviewed the pharmacokinetics,therapeutic drug monitoring,drug dose adjustment methods and adverse reactions of LTG in patients during pregnancy.The pharmacokinetics of LTG in pregnancy is significantly changed.Blood drug concentration monitoring should be carried out in the treatment of epilepsy during pregnancy so that the value of the target concentration is in the range of effective treatment.LTG is relatively safe.The teratogenicity effect of LTG on the offspring is lower than that of the other AEDs.LTG has no significant effect on the offspring＇s cognitive ability.
