摘　　要： 造影剂肾病是造影剂在临床应用过程中出现的常见并发症,不仅影响患者的肾功能,降低预后,延长患者的住院时间,同时增加治疗期间的经济负担。因此,造影剂肾病逐渐受到医务工作者的关注。本文对造影剂肾病的研究进展进行综述。 Contrast-induced nephropathy（CIN） is a common complication during the contrast use in clinic,which not only affects patients＇ renal function and prognosis,but also lengthens the hospital stay and increases the financial burden.Hence,CIN has gradually gained the attention of doctors.In this paper,research progress of CIN was reviewed.
