摘　　要： 自1988年北京中关村高新区成立后,随着近三十年的高速发展,当前我国许多高新区已逐渐进入转折期,在国家经济转型的新形势下,我国高新区当下正面临着诸多挑战。由于我国的高新区发展时间较短,因此研究世界范围内的高新区发展特色与经验,有利于我国高新区整体建设水平的提高。文章从国际比较的视角出发,深入探讨高新区的形成机制与管理体制,从宏观层面为我国高新区发展提供国际经验借鉴。 Since the establishment of Beijing Zhongguancun High-tech Zone in 1988,with the rapid development of nearly three decades, many high-tech zones in China have gradually entered a turning point. Under the new situation of national economic transformation,China^s high-tech zones are facing many challenges. This paper explores the formation mechanism and management system of high-tech zones in an international comparative perspective, and provides international experience for the development of high-tech zones in China from the macro level. The study found that although the formation mechanism and management system of the high-tech zones around the world are different, the successful experience has in common, that is, through the agglomeration effect to improve the enterprise innovation ability and through the radiation effect to develop the characteristic high-tech industry.
